Alisha is very patient and motivates students to continue learning. She is very organized and the lessons are very useful. I highly recommend her as a tutor. UPDATE: Its been 7 months already having Alisha as my tutor. Lessons are more challenging now and sometimes is hard to keep up, and find time to practice on my own. However, Alisha makes the class very enjoyable, and that is one of the main reasons I have been able to continue. I like that we have an organized approach. We first review vocabulary with flash cards, then we learn some grammar, and practice short conversations. I also like doing the homework as it helps me to practice on my own. I feel I am doing good progress, it takes time, but I can even read some basic traditional Chinese characters. I hope I can continue learning at my own pace with such a reliable and nice tutor.
